Top 3 Maintenance Projects
Posted on May 24th, 2018

  1. Lawn/landscape: Now that warmer, wet weather has arrived, weeds will become more prevalent in your lawn and landscape areas and should be promptly removed. If your lawn has weedy patches, you can either resod larger areas of your lawn, place sod plugs in smaller areas, or expand landscape designs to cover these bare/sparse areas.
  2. Home exterior: Protect your home from wind-driven rain and sun damage to your paint by repainting the exterior of your home every 5-7 years. You can seal cracks in the stucco, pressure wash stains from the exterior, and repaint from our pre-approved paint list.
  3. Fencing: wood fencing deteriorates over time, making it unsightly and unsafe. Vinyl fencing becomes stained and needs to be cleaned regularly. Evaluate your family’s needs and either remove old fencing completely, replace wood fence panels and posts, and clean all stains from fencing.

Remember that all outdoor alterations require approval from the HOA prior to beginning any project. Complete an “Alteration Application” form, found here on our website, and send it with the necessary items to McNeil Management. You will be notified by mail when your request has been approved.
